So how did Scot & Soul find a place in my life and business?

A straightforward, no-nonsense comment from a good friend: “Are you sure this Scot & Soul thing fits with your brand?” For a split second, I doubted myself.

Was I straying too far from what I’d built so far?

But when I explained my strategy, the light bulb clicked for her. And I realised that you might also be wondering how Scot & Soul fits into the bigger picture of what I do.

So, here’s the story…

Where It All Began

Scot & Soul was the vision that sparked everything.

When I first dreamed of running my own business, this was my starting point. But like so many of you, I didn’t know where to begin.

So, I decided to start by building my skills in marketing and working with clients to bring in income while I trained. Through this, I discovered not only a love for online marketing but also how to grow a brand from the ground up.

Now, after years of learning, working, and connecting with my audience, I feel ready to step into Scot & Soul with confidence.

Why This Shift Matters

Social media management is a dynamic and exciting field. But in all honesty, it’s not easy, especially when you’re juggling a six-year-old, a business, and life.

You wear all the hats, and to scale, you would need to build an agency.

The family life I imagined, having more time with my son, my husband and my hobbies felt out of reach. And that’s when I knew it was time to return to my original vision.

Scot & Soul is about aligning my business with my life, my values, and my family.

What I’m Offering and How It’s Different

Online marketing will still be part of what I do but on a smaller, more intentional scale.

I’m also introducing something that feels closer to my heart, coaching designed around you.

Why? Because I’ve seen how one-size-fits-all solutions just don’t work. Your business is unique, your goals are personal, and your challenges deserve a tailored approach.

When you work with me, it’s not about me telling you what to do, it’s about guiding, and helping you uncover strategies that work for your business.
